Project Labor Agreements (PLA) are coming to this area worth hundreds of millions of dollars. We are looking for more owner/operator truckers who want to work for the Teamsters Local 404 on these jobs. The Massachusetts Governor has passed legislation on Project Labor Agreements for State construction due to the fact that union labor reduces the total costs of the project and the work is done on the average 4% earlier than non-union jobs. The Union labor is also highly skilled, the work is second to none, and there is inclusivity for minorities, women, and veterans to be a vital part of these projects.
